The bed was very comfortable and the staff were friendly.

Cleanliness was a major issue in the room I received. The curtains were visibly dusty and overall cleanliness was subpar. Essential items like body lotion and dental kits were not provided initially I had to call multiple times for basic necessities.

I was grateful for the hotel's proximity to the airport. The transfer was quick. The staff members were friendly and readily assisted with requests. My room was very clean and quite spacious, offering a nice view. I was also pleased that the bus stop was right outside the hotel.

the hotel has many dining options within walking distance! the hotel is very close to yas theme parks. the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. the pool was a good size and clean. the entire hotel was super clean at all times.

The bathroom door is not suitable for those with long nails as it is a hazard to open those sliding doors. If your hands slip, your nails might break.

The hotel location is excellent for access to Yas Island attractions. Shuttle rides to major attractions were free and convenient. The staff was accommodating and helpful, particularly with directions and information. I appreciated the walkable distance to much of the island.

the hotel provided a free shuttle service to local attractions this helped avoid taxi costs. i found the fitness center well-equipped it included several treadmills and weight machines. the breakfast buffet offered diverse options including fresh fruit and pastries. the hotel gave complimentary access to a nearby beach which was a nice bonus.

the hallway noise was slightly noticeable at times early in the morning.
